Account ending in #8781

I don't have an account with AdaptHealth ending in that number. My account with AdaptHealth Missouri ends with #8309. Please check to make sure you have the right Miles Davis. I am fully paidup with that part of AdaptHealthMissouri. My old account with that company ended in #1449 and it was paid up and I was issused a new account number ending in #8309. Please check, Thanks.

This company is not legal

I had a $500 charge from them, and I've never heard of them, and I will not pay for it, I've already contacted my credit card company, and they will take care of it, as it is definitely not authorized, I am on social security, every penny has to go to paying my bills!

User's recommendation: Stay away from them! I have never heard of them, yet they we're able to get into my bank and charge $500, I've already contacted my credit card and they will take care of it!

Rude Associates

The recovery philosophy that is on their web page they truly don't live by it. I was to be sent a confirmation number. They received my payment and was very rude and I never got my confirmation number.

West Home Health Care billed the wrong insurance company and not bothered with Medicare dual enrollment

I had dual enrollment with Medicaid/Medicare. West Home never submitted my claim to Medicare. Didn't submit to correct Medicaid ether. Took over a year billing never corrected insurance info and then came after me. I'm on SSI/SSA and now Simm Associates is pestering me. This is now going on 2 years. Date of service was 9/26/1918. The product was covered by Medicaid, but not Medicare.

User's recommendation: Debt collection can not garnish Social Security benefits in the state of Virginia.
