Simm Associates

I had a $500 charge from them, and I've never heard of them, and I will not pay for it, I've already contacted my credit card company, and they will take care of it, as it is definitely not authorized, I am on social security, every penny has to go to paying my bills!

The recovery philosophy that is on their web page they truly don't live by it. I was to be sent a confirmation number. They received my payment and was very rude and I never got my confirmation number.

I had dual enrollment with Medicaid/Medicare. West Home never submitted my claim to Medicare.

Didn't submit to correct Medicaid ether. Took over a year billing never corrected insurance info and then came after me. I'm on SSI/SSA and now Simm Associates is pestering me. This is now going on 2 years.

Date of service was 9/26/1918. The product was covered by Medicaid, but not Medicare.

No response from SIMMS Associates I called them .

I would advice not paying. These people hit my friend up saying he owed $951.53.

First he has no health insurance.

they real need training you need to identify yourself and where or on who’s behalf you are calling for before stating someone’s name! Be professional

I blocked them and if I owe someone who can’t get their money straight from me, they can’t get it from any associates or any company.

I do owe paypal but I was making payments on the app every month until I lost my job recently they told me as long as I make payments then I'll be fine. My account got transferred to Simm Association who dont identify themselves which was a red flag to me someone named Debra answered the phone like she was picking up her personal cell phone.

Any debt collector who contacts you claiming you owe payment on a debt is required by law to tell you certain information about the debt. That information includes:

The name of the creditor

The amount owed

That you can dispute the debt

That you can request the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor

Call multiple times while I’m working and won’t leave a message and fake caller ID number that I can’t dial. How am I supposed to call after my 12 hour work day when the number doesn’t even ring?!? Harassing is my experience so far!

They send me a letter that I owe $2,050.29. But I have not bought anything with paypal.

I do not use it. The paypal simm account #1150****. I'm not planning to pay this bill because I have never bought nothing from paypal. My email is amelialuisjosue@***.com.

They are calling me 3-4 times a day from different numbers in attempts to collect a debt. I don't owe any debt that I know of so not sure whey they are calling me.

They don't tell me what it is regards to. The message seems a bit threatening and I would like them to stop.

The number showed up as the same area code as to where i live. But the number they left i. Tbe message is an 866 number and they are located in a different state

These people keep harrassing me for someone else. They have called over 10 times just today. This is getting annoying.
